Payments

Payments for classes will be processed through Stripe. You don’t need an account with Stripe, as it allows for one-time payments. Little Harmonies and Stripe do not store card details unless you have an account with them. For more information on Stripe, visit www.stripe.co.uk.

Refunds and Cancellations

Little Harmonies is not obligated to refund or transfer payments if you cannot attend. We also cannot always provide alternatives for missed sessions.

If a class venue is temporarily unavailable (e.g., due to refurbishment), we will make efforts to reschedule your session if possible. Little Harmonies is not liable for any travel expenses incurred. If we cancel a session, we will either credit your account for the next class, refund your card or bank account (depending on the original payment method).

If a venue is unavailable for more than a week due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee further sessions at that venue. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will try to refund the unused balance for paid classes or credit them towards the next term.

Adverse Weather

Little Harmonies is not required to refund missed sessions due to local adverse weather conditions if the venue and surrounding area are safe and accessible, and the session proceeds. Automatic refunds or rescheduling are not available for sessions missed due to adverse conditions affecting your ability to attend.

Video and Photography

We encourage a family-friendly atmosphere at our classes, allowing for photography and video recording. However, please be sensitive to others' preferences and cease recording if requested. Reproduction of any class materials without permission is prohibited. The decision of the Little Harmonies Leader regarding photography and video is final.

Little Harmonies forbids the reproduction of any part of our lessons in any format (e.g., online, DVDs, photographs). Those repeatedly filming or photographing for publication purposes will be asked to stop and may be barred from future sessions.

Little Harmonies photography, logos, and illustrations are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or scanning is a breach of copyright and will be addressed accordingly.

Little Harmonies may use class photographs for promotional purposes if you have consented. We will always strive to inform you before doing so.

Little Harmonies is not liable for actions by third parties related to this 'Video and Photography' section.

Valuables

Any personal items, including prams, left at class venues or nearby areas are left at your own risk. Little Harmonies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Medical Conditions

Please provide details of any existing medical conditions for your child when booking a class. All information will be kept confidential.

Illness

If your child or accompanying adult has or develops any known or suspected medical condition, consult your doctor before attending the session and inform your Little Harmonies Teacher via email (email: crawford.suzy@gmail.com). All information is treated with utmost confidentiality.

Do not bring your child to class if they have a contagious illness such as Gastro illness, diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis, an ear infection, or a severe cold. Wait until a doctor has given clearance before returning to classes.

In cases of sickness or diarrhoea, ensure your child is symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending a class.

Nappies and Changing your Baby

Change your baby’s nappy on the floor using a suitable changing mat (one will also be provided), avoiding raised surfaces like benches or tables. This helps prevent accidents. Take all used nappies with you unless a clearly marked bin is provided. Never leave nappies in an open bin.

Withdrawal of Service

Little Harmonies may refuse entry to a session at its discretion if a customer's behaviour is deemed unreasonable.

Exclusion of Liability

Participation in Little Harmonies is at your own risk, except in cases of proven negligence or breach of duty by the Class Leader.
